BT full automatic double-station bottle blowing machine
The automatic blow molding machines, A wide variety of materials can be used for the machine, which are suitable for producing 1-5L PE plastic bottle. The clamping system is a high-precision double-station linear guide, extrusion system using a hard gear reducer and inverter. The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel, imported hydraulic valve and seal parts with proportional control valve. The control system consists of PLC and Human-machine interface imported from Japan, an automatic temperature control module and imported electrical parts.
Suit for producing different kinds of car urea box, tool box, automotive seat, auto air duct, auto flow board, bumper and car spoilers. Adopt high output extrusion system, accumulating die head.According to different material, optional JW-DB single station hydraulic screen-exchanger system.According to the different product size, customized the platen type and size. Optional hydraulic servo control system.
Optional bottom sealing, take-out robot.

One head (2L-5L): 5L---around 180 bottles per hour
Two head (1L-2L): 2L---around 350 bottles per hour
Three head ( 500ml to 1L): 1L---around 800 bottles per hour
Four head (up to 500ml): 500ml---around 1000 bottles per hour
250ml---around 1500 bottles per hour
4. Center Distance: Two Die head: 120mm, Three Die head: 100mm, Four Die Head: 80mm
5. Deflashing system: Neck/ handle/ bottom deflashing
